A Do It Yourself Baby Mobile Guide
Do you want to create your own baby mobile? Here is an easy way you can make one from scratch. First, think about what you want the mobile to look like. Is it monkeys, robots or a Star Wars character? Whatever it is you can find a clipart image and print it out.
Next, take your little template and buy some fabric that you will use to make the mobile toys. Fold two pieces together with the good sides facing in. Place your template over the fabric and then pin in place. Now cut the pattern out but leave about ½ an inch to give you some extra room in case you make a sewing mistake.
Now all you need to do is sew your toy together; however, you need to leave about a 1 inch opening. This is so you can turn it back right side out and stuff with cotton or your preferred filler. Once stuffed you can sew up your toy! Attach a ribbon and then hang on your mobile. You can make as many as you want this way and it’s easy too.
